James B. McLean grew up knowing what struggle felt like—but he also realized early on that business was the single most accessible path to prosperity.
For over two decades, he immersed himself in work, believing that relentless effort alone would lead to success. But in chasing his goals, he never took the time to pause, reflect, and ask himself the questions that truly mattered:
"What do I actually want? How can I create success without losing my peace? And am I willing to ask for what I deserve?"

When he finally committed to seeking clarity, it took 100+ hours of deep self-reflection to realize a fundamental truth:
